Syns in poppodoms please?

Hi there I am new both to SW and to this forum, I found the forum whilst searching for syn values (I am not finding the sw search facility very user friendly!) can anyone tell me if authentic indian poppodoms cooked under the grill without oil will have a syn value please?

Indian Restaurant, Poppadoms, average each, 4 syns on all plans

Crisps & snacks, basic, Poppadoms, each 2.5 syns on all plans

Thanks Sarah but they will all be cooked in oil, I need the value for no fat, cooked under the grill

They contain no free food, so you can count 1 syn per 20 calories off the packet, the nutritional info on the back shouldn't be based on what they are cooked in only what's in them

ok this is the only thing i could find on the website - you may get a more accurate syn value using the syns calculator x

thanks ladies, I have used the syn calculator and the info on the pack and I get 1.5 syns each so thinking I won't have them!
