Syns in Salt

    Hi

    I am just new to Slimming World, can anyone tell me how many syns are in a pinch of salt? I love salt, i don't know if i could cope if it wasnt allowed at all :sigh:

    As far as i'm aware flavourings like salt and pepper and spices are free :)

    Oh thank god for that. I almost had a panic coming into this thread because I chose to flavour my chips last night with syn free salt and vinegar as opposed to synful ketchup! Phew.

    Thanks for the replies. I eventually found the answer in my welcome pack. It says only a tspn is recommended.

    That's just because too much salt is not good for your health in general, it's nothing to do with syns.
