Syns in Subway's Meatball Marinara?

Following on from my blowout, I'm trying to work out ha many syns there might have been in that subway meatball marinara sandwich on honey oat bread (footling, OF COURSE!) with a few olives and chitpole sauce with some light mayo to accompany it for good measure. Any guesstimates?

I was thinking I've forgotten something. I've just remembered the three slices of takeaway pizza! This post is a bit pointless now, actually. I've had far too many things to syn up, on reflection, it probably is a good thing that I'm back on plan after my one day bender!
