Does anyone know how many syns are in Kan Pur Garden - chicken Jalfrezi from Lidl. I can't find it on Slimming world site and don't know how to work it out from the packet.

if you have the packet, and access to sw site, you can put the nutritional values in the appropriate boxes and it works out the syns for you x if you want to post on here i will do it for you x

thanks I didn't realise you could do that on SL.
It was 34 syns and it wasn't worth it ut too late now will have to do lots of exercise to burn it off.

glad you found it, you will just have to be double good now, you know you can have 105 syns a week or 15 each day so you should be ok xx

Do you all eat all 15 syns a day? I have a lot of weight to loose so wondered if I should?
