How do you manage to keep your syns down I find this really hard as I have a sweet tooth and even eating yoghurts or fruit doesn't do the same as a biscuit! Help and ideas please :sigh:
 
I make sure to always have something sweet that is low syn to hand for any cravings... a few of my favourites are alpen light chocolate & fudge at 3 syns, cadburys light choc mousses at 3 syns, mini milk lollies at 1.5syns, sugar free jelly at 1.5 syns for the packet (though I divide it into 3 bowls)

I think there is a thread somewhere on here that gives a list of low syn treats that might be worth a read through
