Yeah its in between 5-15 syns. But my consultant told me the nearer target you get you have to start reducing your syns right down.

Generally they tell people to go with 10 syns a day unless they have lots of stones to lose and then 15 is OK. I'd start off at 10 for the first half and then mabe drop down to 7 or 5 depending on your speed of weight loss... You should expect around 2lbs per week.

It really gives me the incentive to actually do something when you see whats actually acheivable. And the best of it is, we are all real people, not just some gimmick on tv!
