Sys in Pad Thai?

I really fancy Thai for dinner tomorrow - does anyone know how many syns are in a standard portion of Pad Thai? I have searched the website but cant find anything .

Depends!

If you're on green and having a veggie Pad Thai the noodles and veg are free. Allow some syns for the oil used in stir frying. And there are some nuts in it. I go for 5 syns myself. very little oil is usually used in cooking.
One that's got chicken or prawns would be the same, but on EE. Or you could use the chicken or prawns as a HE-B on a green day.
