take away - chinese HELP PLEASE

Hi peeps, what does everyone have from chinese that is low syn, thinking of having one tonight but dont' know what to have. It changes everything now that i'm doing extra easy, i want something low syn (normally red) but with boiled rice

Not sure how many syns....but I normally have Chicken and Mushrooms for low pt on WW.

I ended up having beef and onions with boiled rice so shouldn't be to bad on ee plan.

i usually have a mushroom chow mein (chicken chow mein is only about 6.5 sins)

or a chinese curry with egg fried rice.
