Yeah hopefully, I'm trying couscous for lunch today to see how that goes and just eliminating anything 'white' like pastry, bread, white pasta, rice etc and sticking to wholemeal/wholewheat for a few weeks.

Oh, I do like a nice Verdi's!! I can probably just go down there and have a lovely black coffee... lol I'll wait until the summer to have a nice sundae!!

Oh, and I love Tenby - and confession time here - I ALWAYS have chips when i go to Tenby - it's traditional!! lol
