Red Day TANDOORI TURKEY with RAITA

tsp Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander & Chilli Powder
4 ground Cardamon Pods
200ml Natural Yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
500g Turkey - cut into strips

FOR RAITA
3tbsp Fresh Mint - roughly chopped
Half Cucumber - peeled and cut into chunks
200ml Natural Yoghurt

For Turkey
Put Yoghurt in bowl and stir in all the spices and lemon juice. Put Turkey in shallow dish and pour over marinade ensuring all covered. Leave to marinade for 2-3 hours in fridge.
When ready - grill strips till golden and charred in places.

For Raita
In a bowl mix everything together and chill till using.
