Two hours gym done! Knackered!

Watered and fed and already in bed x
 
10st 3, so that's a pound down. I'm only taking measurements fortnightly. Not too fussed about weight, I'm happy it's going down but measurements are my main thing. I'm on my rest day today and I'm having salmon, veg n sweet potato baked tonight :) xxx
 
It's amazing to think I'm only 4lbs away from the 9's now :D

Snowing like mad here!!! Just had a cup of tea and tbsp peanut butter hahaha!!! Looking forward to my dinner of salmon, sweet pot jacket, sugar snap peas and babycorn. Dessert will be natural yog with honey xxx
 
I think I should start a new diary in calorie counting maybe as I'm not on ww anymore but I don't want u all to leave me!!!!!!!
 
Walk to gym, kickboxing class then walk back :) should set me up for the day! X
 
Ahhh thanks girls! May move it today, if I can be arsed! Gym done :) walked there and back, looking forward to a lazy day! Gonna do a bit of work, then out later to a pub but I'm driving xx

Anyone else use MFP? Started tracking kcals on it too! I actually eat much less than I thought!!!
Today: is CHEAT MEAL DAY :D

Breakfast: porridge n honey

Gym: hour kickboxing plus the walk there n back in the snow!

Lunch: Brazil nuts
Nat yogurt n honey
2 boiled eggs

Had a protein shake too

Fajitas tonight :D
