Ladies they were bloody amazing!!! I defo had two there's no way I could only have one, they're teeeeeny pieces, in fact I coul have easily had 3 hahaha!!!

Just been gym, had my dinner as planned plus 2 oranges xxx
 
Oh my god I've got such a bad headache, I feel like I could be sick!!! I might have a little nap. Cancelled my run as I just cannot face it!!! Bleurghhhhhh
 
Yesterday was good food-wise but I didn't do any exercise because of my headache.
I ate:
Porridge n honey

Almonds (loads)
Mackerel n salad

Bolognaise
Apple, orange, blueberries n raspberries

Today I'm going to have:
Bran flakes

Almonds
Tuna salad

Cheat night :D
Doritos
Chicken fajitas
I don't actually deserve a cheat night after the week I've had but I'm kind of writing this week off with a fresh start on Monday. I'm feeling a bit "sod it" this week! I'm going gym too, probs do a run, row and then weights floor session xxx
 
I'm up 2lbs!!! Clean start today! 10st 2 :(

I'm dreading measuring :(

It's expected Sami!!!! I let my standards slip big time hahaha!! Had a bad week food-wise and not enough exercise. I'm glad it's only 2lbs to be honest. That's it!!! Back to it now!! X
