As I've lost my way a bit, I've figured if I try out some new recipes, it will keep me motivated!
Here's recipe number one

Sticky prawn noodles: serves 2 (4syns)
ingredients:
Prawns
Soy sauce (3tbsp)
Balsamic vinegar (3tbsp)
Honey (3tbsp)
Garlic
Ginger
Red chilli
Noodles
Peppers
Spring onions
Mushrooms

Method:
Marinade the prawns in soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and chilli (appx 2 hours)

Cook noodles, meanwhile fry veg in frylight. Add prawns an marinade and when noodles are soft, add noodles to veg and prawns. Toss until mixed through and serve :)

Lemon curd Eton mess (4.5 each serving)

Quark
Sweetner
Lemon curd (1tbsp per serving)
Mini meringue (2 per serving)

Mix sweetner into the quark, stir through one tbsp of lemon curd per portion.
Crumble one mini meringue into bottom
Of dish, pour lemon mixture on top and crumble other meringue on top :)
 
The korma was amazing!!!

2chicken breast
Mushrooms
Onion
Fry light
3tbsp Schwartz korma spice
1/2 tsp almond essence
1 tub quark
2 coconut muller
1/2 tsp turmeric

Cook chicken, mushrooms, onions

In separate pan cook spices, essence, quark and yogurt on really low heat so it doesn't separate. Mix all together and serve with basmati rice. Absolutely amazing x

Was lovely. The original recipe says to add vanilla essence and sweetener too. You definitely won't need sweetener but I'll probably add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence too next time :)
 
Smoked salmon and prawn linguine (4syns if Philly and milk used as HEXA) serves 3

Linguine
Prawns
Smoked salmon
125g Philly light
3tbsp low fat fromage frais
100ml skimmed milk
Peas
Dill
Pepper

Boil linguine, meanwhile in a pan heat Philly, milk and fromage frais on a low heat. When pasta is almost done, add peas, salmon and prawns. Drain pasta, stir into sauce and add chopped dill and pepper. Serve immediately
