Extra Easy Targets, how do you know?

    I have a lovely consultant who has never pushed me to set targets in my journey and that for me has really worked. I've set mini goals in my head throughout and rewarded myself with clothes and accessories once achieved :D
    I've had a couple of comments recently 'you don't need to lose any more' 'your face is too thin' etc. I've never weighed what I weigh now, so I've nothing to refer to in how a certain weight feels. I've checked bmi on sw and 2lb more will get me to the magic 24.
    How did you know whats right for you?

    I have set my target as a figure plucked out. If thin air! However as I am getting closer I know when I am comfortably in a size 14 bottom ( I am already In a 10/12 top very pear shaped!) the. I will call target at that weight, even though I will still be classed as overweight probably
    So I would ask yourself are you happy where you are? Can you buy the clothes you like? If so call target regardless of BMI

    The wii fit tells me that a healthy weight for my height is 9stone 3lbs but if I ever got my weight that low I think I would just not look right. I want to get comfortably back in to size 10s and then be able to stay there. When I've spoken to people casually about their dress size and weight I generally come in as heavier even though my build is similar - think I have Cornish tin in my bones!

    Like willbeslimjen said, think about how you look and how you feel about it and maybe use that as a target more than weight.

    I have been as low as 7 stone and as high as 11.. You know what is right for you...at 8stone i am happy and health no aches no pain and thats where i want to get back to...your body will tell you if you go too low

    I agree with the above posts. I think this is about you and not what other people think or say to you. Are you comfortable where you are, are you happy how you look and feel and how your clothes fit, despite what the scales say? If so then you know this is your target. If you're not 100% sure then carry on a little longer and see how you feel. You have done incredibly well! :D

    I've been at this weight several times so knew what I was aiming for. As has been said....it's all about what 'feels' best for you. We are all different shapes and sizes and bone structure.
