Hey all new to Sw last week, news to air out some thoughts and write down exactly what I'm eating to help keep on track hope you all don't mind me posting but its going to help me no end!
Today
Breakfast- small banana, small satsuma orange (FREE)
Lunch- I plan to have my bakes bean, pasta, and potato bake with 30 g Chedder cheese ( hx)
I'm going to be naughty tonight and have a bit of an Indian takeaway, pilla rice and chicken korma most probs. I'll be good all weekend then
