Hey all new to Sw last week, news to air out some thoughts and write down exactly what I'm eating to help keep on track hope you all don't mind me posting but its going to help me no end!
Today
Breakfast- small banana, small satsuma orange (FREE)

Lunch- I plan to have my bakes bean, pasta, and potato bake with 30 g Chedder cheese ( hx)

I'm going to be naughty tonight and have a bit of an Indian takeaway, pilla rice and chicken korma most probs. I'll be good all weekend then :)

Welcome to SW! Hope it goes really well for you - we have the same start weight and a similar target - I'm 12 weeks in now and 20lbs down! :)


Just a suggestion, because you're just starting out so getting into the routine of plan is quite important - if you're having an Indian tonight you could make slightly different choices and make it a fairly low syn meal - if you have plain rise and went for a tandoori chicken with some salad you could stay within your syns.
