Hello everyone. This is my first diary so I hope you all like it. Im hoping this will help keep me on track! A little bit about me. Im a SAHM to 2 girls. I start College in September and I want to be slim and confidant not shy and frumpy so I started sw on 1st July at 14stone and a size 16. I am currently 13 st 4lbs and a size 14. I can't wait to get into the 12 stones only 5lbs to go! Last year I lost a lot of weight (about 2 1/2 stone) by calorie counting and then I did a mixture of calorie counting and the fast diet. It worked but then I piled all the weight back on over winter Im hoping by following slimming world I can keep it all off this time! One thing I hate is exercising but I am going to get myself a bike and im thinking that that will be some good exercise for me and the kids will be able to join in then too. So know you know a little about me I will start on the food diary!
