Tassimo Coffee - lattes / cappucino

Hi

I've tried searching, but unable to find anything - so do you lovely people know how many syns in a latte (either carte noir / costa) (oh, and the caramel ones too...!!) and cappucino. And all the other hot chocolates etc!!

Can I ask a similar question...?

I've recently got very fond of coffee - not instant, but coffees from coffee shops - proper coffee. I have been having just a latte (skinny) with 1 sugar. I have been counting that as just one syn, and using the milk for my hexA. I only have 2-3 per week.

Are all coffees synned? Can you used the milk as hexA..?

I'm struggling to see why they are so high in syns if you control the sugar and you don't add syrup/flavours.

Surely you couldn't overdo your milk allowance on one coffee if you don't have any other milk?

Does anyone know the Syn value of the creamer disc?

According to the app, I've discovered that the creamer disc is only 1.5 Syns! Yippee, as I used the americano smooth with it to make my cappuccino
