Tassimo Latte Macchiato syns?

My partner bought me a Tassimo Machine two Christmases ago, and I have only just found a T Disc I love, but it doesn't give me the syns in the directory
Could someone work it out for me using the syn calculator, pretty please

I think those were the ones I found in the book.. but ty anyway x
I can't remember if you can syn drinks using the syn calculator or not ?

Anyone? I dare not have any until I know the syn value lol.

Not sure if I am doing it right (probably not) but I substituted 100g for 100ml (weight for volume) and calculated it as 2.5 syns on all days.

I am not aware of a way to measure drinks/fluids yet.
