Hi All,

Well i am still on week one, and have been 100% so far today i haven't had any syns today.. its sat night and i fancy something really sweet and tasty... any ideas?

that is one of my faves .. i put strawberries, crushed meringue nest ( 2.5 syns ) , vanilla muller light and chopped up mini milk ( 1.5 syn ) in a bowl .. like a huge eton mess for 4 syns

Thank you all for your posts, I shall definately be trying these..

Think i will have to nip to the shops tomorrow... I'll walk there of course feel like i am rewarding myself that way.
