Tea...just need to double check something!

Hi there, I am allowed tea aren't I and doesn't have to be decaff? And tablet sweetners? I always had black tea anyway so milk not a prob!x

Hi, any leaf teas are fine and yes to the tablet sweetners, not allowed powder sweetner x

Yeah as above...any leaf teas are fine...some raspberry leaf teas have other stuff added in and I have seen someone else on here check with Lipotrim and you can have raspberry leaf tea from Holland and Barrett as it is literally just from the leaf. I was told first time around that you can only have tablet sweetner as they actually add sugar to powdered sweetner! Madness lol. Also allowed black coffee and yes doesn't have to be decaffeinated.
