Can you include me!

My target for Oct is 9 1/2 lb! (Sounds like an odd target - but this will get me down to 13 and half stone - and I'd be so chuffed to do this by the end of Oct!)

I've lost 1 lb this week.

May I join in please... not sure what I have to do... but I would like to be put down for 7lbs. I would like to say 10lbs but going to the uk for a week and staying at other peoples house so makes it hard to say.. is that a green or red day lol....

Thanks for adding me Nannydi.... I live in France.. although I am English.. hence why I can not go to a class, but as I have said in a post before I have been to one class with a friend and found it very odd.... they were all lovely people but really wasn't for me. A little to clappy clappy for my liking... was like a cult lol.... but this way seems great as you don't feel on show but get praise and support...

A friend gave me the books so I thought ok... I can do this... so here I am.

So fingers crossed for everyone this months loss... I hope I can reach my target....
