Thanks Shell - pleasantly suprised - would have been happy to STS!! I'm interested in these Avid products - I looked online at their store and couldn't make much sense of it myself but I was still hungover Monday... lol!! I hope they work out for you, these type of diets tend to be really expensive - it's the meals and the clothes :D x
 
Hi everyone... can i join you here?

Ive lost 11lb in my first 2 weeks and want to lose another 16lb to take me to 9st 7. Ideally I would LOVE to lose this by my holiday to Turkey on 18th Aug, but i have a few planned days off so as long as i can get under 10 st i will be pleased!

I have ordered lots of holiday clothes (in a size 10!!) eeek hope that wasnt too optimistic of me... i pick them up tomorrow so im hoping i can shift another stone before i go on holidays and they should fit (i pray!)

Going to go swimming tomorrow as i am missing exercise (never thought i would say that!) going to try and swim a few times a week so its not hard exercise but will hopefully help tone up..

hope you are all well (if you dont mind me joining your group, would you tell me a little about yourselves? i have read through your thread and you seem really supportive and friendly!) x

Well done everyone on your fab losses!!

Ok so as I said my avidlite stuff came I was gonna stick to shakes only this week but couldn't resist n tried the Spag Bol...... It's nice!!! It's small lol but nice

I'm starving today n was ready to eat my own head just had the Spag Bol it's filled a hole so all food

I really wanna eat though I've gotta shake this off!!!

I'm going out Friday night taking the car so no drink lol but going for dinner I can't get out of it so was thinking maybe a chicken n green salad..... I'd actually rather not go just so I can stick to ss 100% but gotta get a balance I suppose

my favourite so far out of my avidlite packs is the pancakes!! its even nice cold :D
had abit of a slip up again today :mad: :sigh: :cry: had a stressful evening but all is ok now lol gonna get back on track and do this, only 9 & 1/2 wks :eek: until my daughters christening I MUST STAY FOCUSED i keep looking on lots of websites at dresses for me to wear for the day and i have found loads i love but not with this fat gut and horrid figure hahahaha
havent exercised for 2 wks so i am back on in 2moro only go to it once a week cos its very very intense you burn at least 1000 calories in one class lol and i love it, its held in a nightclub and no the bars are not open hahahaha its done in the dark with a live DJ, its boxing on a punch bag and circuit training (lots of diff mini exercises) i will loose this flab and tone up i know i can do it, i just need to stop messing about

Welcome lil legs good luck with your journey, just remember we are all 'in it together' lol!!! We are a pretty supportive bunch so feel free to share any moans, grumbles (belly or otherwise) and of course victories with us!! I've lost 27 pounds in 8 weeks and plan to lose 29 more taking me to 9st 3. I'm sure I'll lose those 3lbs too but I wanted to lose 4st and I started at 13st 3!!

thanks clazzac, it's great being half way (well very nearly!) I can really see myself getting to goal which is so odd as I've dreamed of weighing 9st since well forever!!

glad your products have arrived shell, dead jealous of your spag bol that sounds so yummy. I'm so worried about eating properly again I think if I ate a meal I just wouldn't stop and I'd prob end up clearing the kitchen cupboards!! How was ur shake with water?

Wow lisa that sounds amazing and actually sounds fun!! Think we where posting at the same time as just seen your post!! Glad ur back on track, u could lose loads in 9 weeks, you've prob already said - sorry but how much do u want to lose? Xx

I've got my first weigh in tomorrow credit it really as just feel so bloated I was hoping for a big loss to keep me motivated but who knows???

Hahaha lol think we did post at the same time
Initially I want to get rid of 3 stone that'll take me back to the weight I was on my wedding day (sept 09) but I was still over weight but was a size 10 my waist was tiny!! weird hey lol anyway after this 3 stone I will probably aim for another 1 or 2 stone depends how I feel and look once I get there
Still a long way to go yet

It's called funkyclubfitness it's wicked I do enjoy it too and I never thought I would ever say that cos I hated all exercises until this :)

Yeah u can do it lisa. You'll def lose 2st by the christening maybe even pretty close to your goal if u 100%. are u on ss?

That fitness thing does look wicked - thanks for sharing the link. I'm gonna see if there's anything like that going on down here! I hate exercise but I think I could enjoy that it's reasonably priced too x

OMG OMG OMG sorry bit overboard there but wooohooo jut weighed in Got rid of 5lbs so that's 1st in 2 wks am so chuffed even tho I did have a slip up
Gotta live this diet I am now in the next stone down :)
