I am scared! I have 2lb to get my 1st 7lbs, it doesn't feel like I have done it but I really want too! :sigh: I won't be upset as I am so motivated at the moment but it would be great

I've lost one pound this week. I feel a bit disappointed but I've lost my first half stone and I only started on 4th Jan, so I'm trying not to let it get me down.

One and a half pound for me - only slightly annoyed, as I'm an everyday weigher (!) and on Friday it would've been 2.5 lb but I somehow managed to weigh a whole pound more today
