Temptation is calling me from the fridge

    So I started bak on cd last Monday and nearly got my 1st week out the way and if I do say so myself I have done so well!!! My oh sat and had pizza earlier (my fav kind) and he was gona sit away from me but I said it's fine! Now the left overs are in the fridge and I can't stop Thinkin about it, havin a cup of tea to try keep my mind off it x

    Go and drop them in a puddle outside and then through them away - or cover them in loads of salt - don't eat them - you have got nearly a week under your belt and done so well.

    I resisted temptation and it's paid off! Just had a cheeky look on the scales, lost 11lb since monday :)

    Well done that's fantastic - what a good week - when is your weigh in? Don't give in today and thats a week done ;-). You can do this!

    I started myself Monday but officially wed as that's wen I saw my CDC buy I'll weigh myself tomoro morning then again wed wen I c her x

    One bit of advice I was given at a WW meeting was to squeeze some washing up liquid on the kid's leftovers so that you wouldn't be tempted!

    Well done for resisting :)
