Tennessee Chicken Syn Value?

unfortunatly I went to the in-laws for dinner tonight and they had preempted order Tennessee Chicken for dinner (like a KFC).

I tried to limit my syn intake by stripping the skin off my chicken to make it plain, but will it still have a syn value even though I did this?

Also how many syns is in a popcorn chicken like thing?
