terrible 2 days

We all get bad days, but don't give up on the week. A bad day or two can be easily put back on track. Just take one day at a time, if you stick to plan tomorrow you'll feel much better about yourself. I too am stressed at the moment, same as you men and kids! Plus we are trying to find another house and it's been a stressful couple of months! It isn't easy to stick with it when you don't feel great, but if you can you'll feel a lot better x
hi hun, I too am having a stressful time of it at the moment, and have had a shockingly bad week diet wise! But to top of all the other stress I am now suffering major guilt about my diet - or lack of it. One of the lovely people on here advised me, if you feel that you have done that badly, skip your next weigh day (mine is tomorrow) and just start again today, its easier to reign it in if you have only had a rough couple of days. We all have bad days hun, otherwise we wouldnt be on a diet in the first place...lol...just put them to the past and move forwards today, good luck hun...you can do it xx

i dunno if its the change of clocks or what but quite a few people seem to be struggling this week in particular myself. i just cant stop eating in the evenings :-(
i start every day new and try to forgetteh guilt of the day b4 - every morn when i wake up i feel bad for the binge the eve b4. perhaps today we all try and be 100% good and tomorrow we'll feel great!?
