Terrified of weigh in

    I have my weigh in on Saturday and I am bricking it! Tempted to just not go but I know as soon as I miss one I will be well and truly off the wagon. I gained 1.5lbs on my first week of ProPoints, and I am convinced I haven't done too well this week either, I have tried eating less and eating differently from last week but have been starving, yet I don't feel like I have lost. You know when you just get that sinking feeling? I have been imaginging the weigh in and them saying "oh it's another 1.5 on" and me bursting into tears and looking like an idiot. Am I completely mad?

    No you are not mad, you would be mad not to weigh in though (you never know unless you try). If you have put weight on, ok it wont feel great but perhaps you can ask your leader to go through things with you - its that bit of knowledge you would miss if you didnt go.
    Good luck - you will lose weight!

    Hi I'd think it's best to go ,maybe if you don't lose as bizzle said your leader should go through it with you.
    Are you eating much fruit? If so how much? Are you weighing and measuring everything and tracking?

    I've had 4 gains on ww and I was good it can be water retention.

    Fingers crossed for you I don't like being weighed with s gain when I know I've been 100% good but you could get a nice loss hey xx

    How did you get on? You are def not an idiot, i felt like that on Monday and just didnt go but all week wish I had gone and just got it over with:mad: xx
