I have my weigh in on Saturday and I am bricking it! Tempted to just not go but I know as soon as I miss one I will be well and truly off the wagon. I gained 1.5lbs on my first week of ProPoints, and I am convinced I haven't done too well this week either, I have tried eating less and eating differently from last week but have been starving, yet I don't feel like I have lost. You know when you just get that sinking feeling? I have been imaginging the weigh in and them saying "oh it's another 1.5 on" and me bursting into tears and looking like an idiot. Am I completely mad?
