Tesco Finest Fruit & Fibre

Hi,

I'm just starting slimming world and have a load of 'Tesco Finest Fruit & Fibre' cereal in the cupboard (550g box). Does anyone have the syn value for this please as I'm suspecting it may be off my menu?

Nutritional details per 100g are below:

Protein 8.3g
carbs 68.2g
of which sugar 27.5g
fat 6.5g
of which is saturates 2.9g
Fibre 8.7g
Sodium 0.6g

i make it 5 syns for a 25g serving on all plans. kellogs fruit and fibre is a healthy b for 35g though and my consultant said you could substitute most branded cereals for stores own labels.

Thank you. I think I will go with Weetabix instead as I don't mind them and can have those as a healthy extra B.
