Hi all

im off to tesco tomorrow and being new to this i could do with some help. could you reccomend some syn free/low syn stuff for me like things in a tin quick and easy meals/snacks thanks xx

Lamb Shank

The latest Slimming World magazine features a "Tescos Simply Cook Lamb Shank in Mint Gravy" @ £3. You can microvwave it too which is handy. I had it the other day with steamed veg and a small jacket potato. Its free on red and EE x x

Yes I must try that myself. I live opposite a large Asda so tend to shop there. They do them too, also free on red and ee. Its in the extra special range and its in garlic and rosemary gravy. You can also microwave this too.
