if you tap the calorie details into the syn calculator it will tell you . tesco light choice raspberry icecream is 100gms for i think 4 syns but best to check

Sorry but it's not listed online so you would need to post the nutritional information so someone could work it out for you. Or for a rough guide it will likely be 1 syn for each 20 calories
