    I found the following on another thread. Not entirely sure how up-to-date this information is, but I thought it might give you an idea for the time being until some lovely person can come along and prove me wrong ;)

    (Apparently, Light Choices in the new name for Healthy Living).
    If you have the nutritional information to hand, I think this might help someone if they can look at the syn calculator (unfortunately I can't, sorry!)

    Tesco Prawn Cocktail, Reduced Calorie, chilled 100g
    Original 7 Syns Green 9½ Syns
