I found the following on another thread. Not entirely sure how up-to-date this information is, but I thought it might give you an idea for the time being until some lovely person can come along and prove me wrong 
(Apparently, Light Choices in the new name for Healthy Living).
If you have the nutritional information to hand, I think this might help someone if they can look at the syn calculator (unfortunately I can't, sorry!)
Tesco Prawn Cocktail, Reduced Calorie, chilled 100g
Original 7 Syns Green 9½ Syns
Tesco Healthy Living, Prawn Cocktail, chilled 200g pot
Original 10½ Syns Green 16½ Syns
