Hi for my tea tonight I made SW chips (which were totally lush) cheesy beans and 2 sausages but cant remember how many syns the sausages were??? Can anyone enlighten me lol

They are one syn on a red day & EE and 4 on a green day hun, nice arent they

I must say they taste far better than any other sausage i have had before I started dieting - lush lush lush. My hubbie could not even tell they were low fat x

Yes Asda do their own brand of both RF pork and cumberland sausages - also 1 syn each
