hi, i am desperate to have a few of these for dinner. Anyone got any idea how many syns there are in them. It says
1/4 pack (86g) 215cal
protein 13.1g
fat 15.6g
fibre 1.8g
carbs 5.5g

greatful for any help before i go over my syns

which is the higher percentage pork or beef?

If you look at the ingredients, it will be the first ingredient listed.

with pork selected as the free food, it is the following syns

6½ Syns per 86g on Extra Easy
11 Syns per 86g on Green
6½ Syns per 86g on Original


so quite high really, I wouldnt imagine you get very many meatballs for 86g
