Hi

I always use different types of tesco seasoning on my fresh chicken such as Mexican style, Cajun style ect. I have tried to find how many syns it is for a teaspoon on slimming worlds website with no luck at all and when i went to put the details in manually it doesn't have any nutritional information on the back of the packets. So does anybody know??

Thanks :)

I believe maltodextrin is a starch based substance, but again we are talking tiny amounts in the amount required.
