If it's this one...
Tesco Value, Low Fat Natural Yogurt 500g pot

[IMG] 1½ Syns on Extra Easy [IMG] Original 1½ Syns [IMG] Green 1½ Syns

Then it's not free. It has to be fat free natural to be free.

PS could you post syn value requests in the syn value sub forum please? The mods will move this into the correct place.

Thanks Jaylou, much appriciated.

Am I right in assuming that the 1½ Syn value is for the whole pot?

Cheers

It looks to be 1.5syns for the whole 500g pot (big pot), thats not too bad really for the whole pot. Plus its much better value than the other yogs, leaving you more money for fruit and veg :)

Is it as nice as normal tesco low fat yog ?

hi,
yes it is nice, does not taste sour,
nice to pour over fruit, (add sweetner & vanilla extract)
or make a salad dressing( just add chopped herbs , pepper & salt)
or to use as a marinade ( garlic, lemon, spices)
Dor
