tesco value pasta sauce.. syns?

    anyone know how many syns are in a jar of tesco value pasta sauce? found a jar in my cupboard and was thinking about doin a pasta dish tomoz but want to make sure of the syns in it first

    orr does any one know of any syn free or low syn pasta sauces in a jar?

    All jars of sauce are 1 syn for every 20 calories as there is no free food allowance. Jars of sauce tend to be high in syns unless you are dividing it between a lot of people. It is always better to go for a homemade sauce as you can be sure what goes in it and there are none of the artificial flavourings, colouring or preservatives.
