Restarting SW today although group is not until Thursday. Still have some old literature from when I did SW a few years ago so hopefully be ok with the basics
but don't have access online yet.
Going shopping later for some healthy food (hopefully!) but just grabbed a tin of soup for lunch that's been at the back of a cupboard for a while! However can't seem to find the syn value anywhere. Can anyone help?
