Thank you both for that! Read the post and was in Tesco today and bought some for lunch....yum yum yum! Also bought the chillie and mango one (2 for £5) and checked with the syns calculator (it's not on syns online as yet) and it's delicious and free!
These are def going to be a staple in my fridge for a red day. :D

just been reading this and i had a look in tesco but couldnt find them - the only thing i could find was tesco ready to eat bbq chicken wings, not bbq chicken pieces - are these the same thing???

Also next to it was sliced up chicken tikka chicken breast or sliced up plain chicken breast - im wondering if this is what you lot were talking about being 1/2 syn for hte whole pack??

I was wondering about these too, i picked up a pack today but it says 200g on the packet and not the 140g as stated online??????

Ran it through the syn calculator and it came up with 1.5 syns (when i put the values as per 100g) but then came up as free when i put it in again as per serving.

Any ideas????? x

I know they have just uped the grams in them, if its free then its still free regardless of the weight.

If you want to be on the safe side for the bbq one then put 1 syn but tbh it would have to be 280g to be 1 syn if 1/2 a syn is 140g

This is great news, I'm getting bored of Quorn and don't particularly like buying fresh chicken. Something like this would go great with my Jacket Potato tonight!! Thanks Pesty!

Hi there
Is this the same for the M&S ones? I picked up a packet this morning in a hurry to get something for my lunch today so I'm hoping so - I went for the tomato and basil ones but they also have corriander and lime or chili ones....
Thanks xx
