tetra brik question

does anyone know if there's a limit to how many of our shakes can be taken as tetra briks each day?

I'm struggling with the shakes - but like the briks. I'm off to see my cdc tomorrow.

Hi - I only really have tetras and the bars - I don't think there's a limit on the tetras like there is the bars (only 1 a day).

There is no limit on the amount of tetras replacing packs BUT you must drink extra fluid if on tetras.
