tetra question, advice appreciated

On sole source, Is it ok to have 3 tetras a day? everyday... i only bought tetras.. just want to be sure?

Thats fine for SS - had you of been 5'8" you CDC would have advised 4.

If you ever want to fall in love with a flavour, try Choc Mint shake (packet mix) - its like liquid after eights....yum xx

I can't do the tetras except for emergencies (if i am delayed out.. i keep a few in the boot of the car) because there is so little of them. I prefer the choc and vanilla shakes made up to 600mls with coffee in them - have a pint mug and it's yummy, gets more water in me and takes ages to drink

I have the tetras as they dont taste powdery, but I have half then topped up with hot water, and drink it as a hot choc, it is delicious and makes the tetra last

I lived on the choc tetras, just remember to adjust your water intake

I absolutely LOVE the tetras and the strawberry is my absolute favourite. I've also tried the choc one warmed up and it is lovely. Feels very decadent when you're drinking it. As everyone said though, just make sure you keep up your water intake. Good luck.
