tfr diet to sw

hi all,
i used to do sw but switched to lipotrim.i'm thinking ahead as to what to do when i finish(begining dec).i love sw but wanted to know if anybody here has done lipotrim then gone on to lose more weight with sw?
i will still need to lose a stone or 2 with sw.
just wanted someones personnal experience of doing this and if you gained weight at all?
i'm expecting to put a bit on the first few weeks coz of eating again.

What is a vibroplate? and which Chemist do you go to in South Wales, I only found 2 on the LT webpage

a vibroplate is a machine that you stand on and basically it vibrates and tones you.
