I put a couple of spoons in 2 shakes the last 2 days and RESULT!!
As I type, I think it's being escorted down the Mersey with accompanying Tugs, spraying their hoses like a VIP Liner :sign0151:

LOL great description, will have to remember that one!!

LOL glad you're all cleared out hun. i've been using fibreclear for the last couple of days - hasnt' had much of an effect yet but i'm hoping it'll work soon!

Ooh - quick question re FibreClear... It says on the back of the packet that each tablespoon has 5g of carbs in it. I've been tempted to have two spoons a day as I have some, um, problems with diahorrea and thought it might bulk things up a bit.

Do you think that would be okay? Or should I just have one a day?

Cuddlyfairy and nictastic have 2 spoons in their shakes :)

(I could have gotten those two ladies mixed up with other people but I'm pretty sure I haven't ;))

yup, i posted about this the other week. My first two weeks I was in agony and now.......no problemo!!

great description cathy don't think i'll go for my walk down the pier head now though lol

Somehow my chocolate shake has now lost its appeal... lol

Yep, Nic and I put Fibreclear in our shakes and it defo helps.

As to the carb content, the shakes and soup have 15g of carbs in them already so I'm sure another 5g won't make any difference.

That was so funny i just read it out to the whole room, who have been laughing at me since day one that i get so happy every time i poo!

FibreCLEAR, is a product that helps you increase your daily fibre intake but without the extra calories of high-fibre foods.

A glass of water containing a single teaspoonful of FibreCLEAR contains just 3 calories and looks and tastes exactly like a glass of water. It also contains 6g of fibre - that's more fibre than a bowl of Bran Flakes (200 Calories with milk but no sugar), 3 slices of whole grain bread (212 Calories without spread) or three apples (250 Calories)

According to Lipotrim it is 3 calories per single teaspoonful.

Lipotrim - FibreCLEAR

I think it is great stuff and will continue taking it after my diet as well.

you are sooo right hun 6 spoonfuls a day for me... i have problems otherwise xxx
The carbs arent an issue as it its pure fibre and to get a usable carb figure you take the amount of fibre from the carbs so in essence fibreclear has 0 xx

Do people use this regularly o just as and when?

I'm very happy that you've seen an old friend off to the coast!
