The best plan for a new member

Hi

I am just about to start Slimming World and I am not sure whether its best to start on EE or Green/Red days

Any ideas
 
I would say unless your vegetarian start on the extra easy. It's the easiest to get your head rounds and the most flexible. Are you going to a group or doing it from home?

I've started green days because I'm veggie, but I think any of them would be easy to start with and do for a few weeks, so you are sure of the rules. Then try doing days of the others.
 
EE every time... It's straight forward and very flexible. When you get the hang of all the different aspects of the plan, then think about different red and green days. But to be honest EE is so darn easy to follow...
