Hi guys!
I love a good curry, I love the texture, flavour, smell- everything! I've tried to make a SW friendly curry using tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic, garam masala and cumin. It's ok but definitely not something that satisfies my curry craving. It had no real texture like a proper curry does.
There a loads of different recipes on here so I'm asking you guys to give me your favourite SW curry recipe and method and I'll try it at our next curry night. The SW pakora are amazing I just need an Awesome curry to go with it. Not a huge fan of yogurt/veggie options.
