    Well back from weigh in and its a 2.5lb gain - not so dissappointing and well within the amount I allowed myself of 4lbs.
    Back non the wagon now to shift it back off this week:p

    Moomin, that's bloody brilliant! I had a bad few days last weekend (literally 2 days!) and managed to gain 2lb at WI on Monday so for a week in Florida 2.5 is great! Hope you had a great time x

    I would be chuffed with a small gain like that after a weeks holiday.....blimey, I can have a gain like that in one night!!!! Lol

    Thanks guys - Im really please with that ( which sounds weird for a gain but you guys know what I mean )
    Hoping to lose the 2.5lbs this week then Im pushing for SOTW the week after that!!!

    Well that and the ridiculous list of stuff not on the plan i consummed - as before:
    key lime pie
    chocolate turtle pie
    peanut butter m&m's
    peach icecream
    pineapple milkshake
    mega meat pizza
    honey glazed wings
    steak burger with extra cheese
    cool whip
    meat loaf
    chilli cheese fries
    and then coors!!!!!! :)
