Well, I am now entering the 4th week of "the diet", doing pretty well me thinks, have lost 13lbs in 3 weeks, wouldnt say its been a breeze but the fact you dont have to plan and cook meals sort of compensates!! Looking at doing another 3 weeks to get to my goal but really missing food now!:sigh:

Well done mum! you are doing great and look fantastic! Friday will soon be here and then we only have 2 weeks to go! Then we should both be at our goal weight in time for our holiday!

So glad we did this together, couldnt have got through it without you:)

Thanks peeps for your replies. Why am I finding this harder the longer it goes on!! The first week was a breeze but now.....I find myself sitting in the canteen at lunch just watching people eat!!!!!!:cry:

Well, here I am in my last week, is it getting any easier....NO! Now the end is in sight its getting bloody harder! Dont know what to expect from re-feed week...any hints anyone??
