Sorry to hear you're not feeling well :(

Not eating enough often results in a STS or a small weight gain as your poor body thinks your throat has been cut and it's being starved! However, if you don't feel well and don't feel like eating, you should just focus on getting better and forget SW for a little while.

If you're desperate for sugary things, have you tried some sweet fruit or a low calorie hot chocolate or something?

Have you considered using flexi syns? You'll find things here about it, but basically:

  • Decide how many syns you're going to eat in advance (good if you're craving sugary foods) - look syns up and see what your total would be.
  • Eat synful things, counting syns as you go, and STOP when you reach your limit (you may not actually reach your limit at all!)
  • Today ends, and a new day begins - back on plan and living the SW way.
Everyone gets ill so don't beat yourself up about it. All that weight didn't go on in one week, so it won't be lost in one week either. Chin up chick - maybe this week won't go so well, but once you're better, you'll be back to good losses again. Your health is definitely more important!
