Morning all, I'm Anna, I'm 23 and from Birmingham. In the past year I have gained roughly 3 stone. I have become very comfortable in my gorgeous little house that my boyfriend and I moved in to last October. I've found it quite difficult adjusting to living with a boy, as he works shifts I can be home quite a bit on my own which I've found hard. I have always been overweight for as long as I can remember. I joined slimming world 4 times this year on different occasions and I found it so difficult to stick to plan as I don't think I was in the right mindset and I didn't really like my group. I have now found a group I love and love my consultant. I have a gym membership which I've used maybe 6 times this year, and that needs to change because I love love love going to the gym!!! I'm following the extra easy plan but would like to try some red days too. Soooo this is my food diary, I'll be posting everyday ?
