    Hi all,

Not been about for a while and have been happily maintaining my current weight of 11 1/2 stone now for several months:D. Now i have decided to get back on track to try and lose the final stone and have been trying to ease my way into SS+. It's not easy as i no longer have the "4 stone to lose" incentive that kept me going before. I'm currently a size 12 bottom and 14-16 top (Big bazonkas!!;)) and everyone is rabbiting on about how i don't need to lose anymore weight:mad: but i really wanna get down to 10 stone something and be "normal" and not overweight as i currently am (BMI standards). I shall give it a go anyway and see how i get on.:) Minimins got me through it before, i'm sure i can rely on you all to keep me at it!!

Am on day 3 but have got here by having 3 shakes and nibbling on chicken to try and get into ketosis - hope it works!!

    Shall keep you posted:p

Good luck hun, well done on previous weight loss and maintaining it, you should do the last stone easily.
I’m doing that nibbling on chicken thing rather than having a meal.

    Good luck Hun!!!

You can get there! Yes, its harder to get motivated when you only have 14lbs to go, but think how you felt when you had that 4 stone to loose!.....and well done for that!!!!!
Keep on drinking the water and you will get there!

Well done for maintaining for so long, that's really good! Good luck for the last stone - probably the hardest, but you can do it! Ignore what everyone else says, you know what you want and you know that it will be good for you to be in the "normal" range, so just ignore them!

    Take care x
